The matrices & information below provide a brief overview of medical, dental, Medicare Advantage & vision plan designs and rates for 2025/2026. The Colonie Chamber of Commerce is pleased to offer the BLUE VIEW VISION PLAN.
This eyecare/vision plan is available to all members and their employees who work an average of at least 20 hours/week.
You do not need to be insured in a chamber medical or dental insurance plan to enroll.
There are no deductibles making these benefits very accessible.
There are additional “optional” savings/discounts available on page 2 of the summary provided (see link below).
These are “qualified expenses”; HSA, HRA or FSA account funds can be used to pay the premiums and/or co-pays.
After June 30, 2024 the next enrollment period is at the end of the year.
Monthly premiums: (guaranteed for 32 months): $9.59 Individual / $18.19 Employee-spouse
$19.87 Employee-child(ren) / $30.82 for a Family.
