The matrices & information below provide a brief overview of medical, dental, Medicare Advantage & vision plan designs and rates for 2026. This page is under construction; please bear with us while we add/amend 2026 plan information. Please note, these matrices are not contracts and may be subject to change.

The Colonie Chamber of Commerce is pleased to offer the BLUE VIEW VISION PLAN.
This eyecare/vision plan is available to all members and their employees who work an average of at least 20 hours/week.
You do not need to be insured in a chamber medical or dental insurance plan to enroll.
There are no deductibles making these benefits very accessible.
There are additional “optional” savings/discounts available on page 2 of the summary provided (see link below).
These are “qualified expenses”; HSA, HRA or FSA account funds can be used to pay the premiums and/or co-pays.
After June 30, 2024 the next enrollment period is at the end of the year.
Monthly premiums: (guaranteed for 32 months): $9.59 Individual / $18.19 Employee-spouse
$19.87 Employee-child(ren) / $30.82 for a Family.
