POSITION TITLE: Site-Coordinator for Campus-Based Programs (PT)
SUPERVISOR: Site-Based Program Manager
SCHEDULE: 12 programs at 10-15 hours per program

BROAD FUNCTION: Responsible for coordinating 12 site-based Big Brothers Big Sisters social mentoring programs throughout the academic year (programs run from 12:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. on every other Saturday during the semester). The site-coordinator is also responsible for providing match support and supervision to ensure child safety, positive impacts for youth and volunteers, constructive and satisfying relationships between children and volunteers, and a strong sense of affiliation with the agency on the part of participants.
